Donation Guidelines

The Lansing Lugnuts are asked to support hundreds of worthwhile charitable causes and events each year. We make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible. In order for your organization to be considered for a donation item, you must comply with the following guidelines:

As much as we would like to respond favorably to every organization, every request must meet all criteria.


How to Request a Donation

To request a donation please send a formal request, in writing, on your organization's official
letterhead to:

Requests are handled on a first come, first served basis. We can only accept donation requests for events within 30 miles of the stadium. Please allow a minimum of three weeks for donation processing.


Ticket Donations

The Lansing Lugnuts Unused Ticket Donation program allows season ticket holders to generously donate unused tickets for deserving charities in Mid-Michigan. Non-profit organizations interested in applying for tickets should submit a formal request on official letterhead. The letter should include the following:

The letter can request tickets for specific games, but this is subject to availability. Ticket requests are processed on a first come, first served basis and are available for non-profit organization only.
