Fans may not bring alcoholic beverages into or out of the ballpark. Guests purchasing alcohol at Lugnuts games must show proof of legal drinking age. Sales of beer and alcohol end after the first pitch of the 8th inning. The Lansing Lugnuts reserve the right to deny the sale of alcoholic beverages.
Pets are not permitted in the ballpark, with the exception of designated events and dogs at work.
If you are interested in singing the national anthem at a Lugnuts game, please send a sample of your singing on CD or email an audio file to the attention of the Lugnuts Marketing Department. Due to limited openings, the Lugnuts will only contact singers if there is an available opportunity.
The automated teller machine is located on the concourse level behind home plate.
Lugnuts players are available for 30 minutes, ending 15 minutes prior to the start of the game in the Board of Water & Light Autograph Area. The Board of Water & Light Autograph Area is located at the field level down the first base line. Fans can use the stairs located at the right field foul pole. Players may not sign autographs during a game.

Barrier-free seating is available for fans with special needs at all levels in the ballpark. Requests for barrier-free seating must be made when tickets are purchased. Barrier-free areas accommodate wheelchairs and companion seating.
Beverages, Food, Containers
No bottles, cans, food, beverages or containers may be brought into the ballpark.
The Lugnuts offer a variety of food and beverages throughout the ballpark. Don’t forget to take note of the specialty portable carts located throughout the ballpark.
Dean Information Area
The Dean Information Area is located next to the Guest Services Desk behind home plate with information about travel to and from major events such as Cedar Point and Soaring Eagle…or create your own trip to almost any destination!
Drinking fountains at the ballpark are located on the concourse level behind sections D and M.
There are three elevators for fans at the ballpark. The elevator on the concourse behind home plate serves luxury suites and the barrier-free seating behind home plate. The right field elevator accesses barrier-free seating only and the left field elevator accesses the Bullpen Bar & Grille and barrier-free seating.

Sparrow First Aid
The first aid facility is located on the concourse level in the corridor behind Section F.
The gates at the ballpark open one hour and 15 minutes before the scheduled start of a game. In the event of a double header, gates will open 15 minutes before the first game.
Lost Parents/Found Children
Parents should report a lost child to a representative at the Guest Services Desk. A guest services representative will contact security immediately. We ask that parents instruct children visiting the ballpark to find a security officer, Lugnuts employee or go to the Guest Services Desk should they become separated from their parents.
Guest Services Desk
The Guest Services Desk is located on the concourse behind Section H.
Lugnut Charities was established in 1996. Its mission is to support existing programs and create new opportunities to benefit youth in the greater Lansing area. Any donation requests can be faxed to 517-485-4518 to the attention of Lugnut Charities. Lugnut Charities Night is sposored by Dan Henry and will occur August 8, 2009. A special player jersey auction will be held to raise money for charity.

Lugnut Loot is the voucher currency that can be used as “funny money” at Cooley Law School Stadium. Lugnut Loot is prepaid and comes in $1 and $5 increments. It can be used to buy food at any Cooley Law School Stadium concession stand, to purchase retail items at the Nuts and Bolts Store or to buy game tickets. Lugnut Loot can be purchased at the Nuts and Bolts Store or at the Box Office.
Paging for guests in the park will be done only in an emergency. See a Lugnuts representative at the Guest Services Desk behind section H.
Public parking is available on streets, parking lots and parking ramps in a four-to-five block area around the ballpark. The Lansing Lugnuts are not responsible for any acquired parking tickets given out by the City of Lansing.
Re-Entering the Ballpark
Fans may leave the ballpark and return during Lugnuts games. Before exiting, get your hand stamped at any gate by a ticket taker for re-entry into the ballpark.
To have your birthday announced during the Birthday Greetings, come to the Guest Services Desk before the end of the second inning. Due to limited time, the Lugnuts are not able to announce anniversaries, out-of-town guests or other special events.
The ballpark is a smoke-free facility by city ordinance. Fans who wish to smoke during a game need to get their hand stamped by any gate ticket taker before exiting the ballpark and may re-enter anytime before the game ends.
Lansing Entertainment and Public Facilities Authority conduct special events at the ballpark. For information about non-Lugnuts events scheduled at the stadium, please call 517-483-7400.
- The Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is the suite level lounge at Cooley Law School Stadium. It offers a great view of the ballpark with indoor and outdoor seating, gourmet sandwiches, scrumptious desserts, and a full bar featuring nightly drink specials and an extensive wine and bar menu.
- Tailgate Terrace
The Tailgate Terrace is the hottest group entertainment venue at the ballpark. Welcome your group to “the place to eat” during the summer. Choose from quarter chicken, quarter pound brats, burgers and hot dogs – all grilled before your eyes – along with an all-you-can-eat side dish buffet including salads, mixed vegetables, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages. Beer and spirits can be added upon request.
- Gasoline Alley
Gasoline Alley may be reserved for private parties of up to 50 guests. Party options include a grilled picnic dinner and special group welcome.
- Bullpen Bar & Grille
The Bullpen Bar & Grille, a private dining area overlooking the third base line, offers seating for groups of 20 – 40 people with wait staff to serve food hot off the grill and a built-in full service bar.
- Nightly Luxury Suites
For a special group outing, go first-class with one of the luxury suites. The Lugnuts reserve five for use by anyone on a nightly rental basis. These comfortable suites come complete with 20 tickets, 2 parking passes, bar, refrigerator, television and outside deck seating overlooking the field. Tickets By Telephone
Tickets for all Lansing Lugnuts games are available by phone during regular box office hours and can be charged to your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Call 517-485-4500. A service charge of $1.00 per ticket, plus $2.00 for shipping and handling, if mailed, will be added to each phone order.
Tickets Over the Internet
To buy tickets, click here and select the type of ticket you would like. A processing and handling fee of $1.00 per ticket will be added to each online order. For your convenience, tickets may be printed at your location or left at Will Call at the box office if specified.
The resale of Lansing Lugnuts tickets on the ballpark grounds is prohibited. This includes the resale of tickets at face value and distribution at no charge.
Tickets for Babies/Toddlers
Children who have reached their third birthday require a ticket to enter the ballpark. They must have their own seat. If the child is under the age of three and requires his or her own seat, a ticket must be purchased.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Please remember that game tickets are like money and should be secured like cash. Should tickets be lost or stolen, please contact the Lugnuts box office immediately.
A game is considered official after five complete innings (4 ½ innings when the Lugnuts are leading). If a game is stopped before it becomes official or before it starts, your ticket will act as a rain check for a future game. Suspended game tickets cannot be exchanged. You can redeem your ticket at the box office for tickets to a future game, subject to availability.
Rain Checks are available at the box office or by mail. For mail exchanges, please send your ticket stubs along with three future game choices to:

There are no refunds once a ticket has been purchased. However, if you are a season ticket holder you can exchange your tickets using the Never A Wasted Ticket program of your Diamond Club benefits.
Game tickets may be picked up at the Lugnuts box office during normal hours of operation. Tickets can only be released with a photo ID.
