Click on the "start" menu button, then select the "settings" button and then select the "control panel" button. A new window will open up and one of the icons will say "display", double click that one. A new window will open, click on the "settings" tab. You will see a slider that is titled "Screen Area", below the slider is some number times some other number... that is your resolution size. Now just close all the windows...

Once you have selected the correct resolution size for the wallpaper you want, right click on the image. A menu will appear and one of the options is "set as wallpaper", click on that one. You're done, enjoy it!
