Tocco comes to Lansing after spending the last two seasons as the Director of Broadcasting for the Charleston Alley Cats in the South Atlantic League. He has additional broadcast experience with the Wilmington Blue Rocks(2000), Charleston(SC) RiverDogs(1999) and Charleston Southern University(1999). A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Tocco also founded callofthegame.com in September of 2001 as a way fellow broadcast professionals can communicate within the industry.

Tocco replaces Scott Moore as the "Voice of the Lugnuts" and will be the fourth broadcaster in the history of Lugnuts baseball, following in the footsteps of Mike Vanderwood(1996-97), Jeff Walker(1998-99) and Moore(2000-02).
